Right from the start, we set out to create the world's most environmentally-friendly car seat protectors.
Material
Scuvvers are made from our proprietary three-layer, 100% post-consumer recycled textile. Durable, UV resistant and sustainable - every Scuvver prevents more than 35 plastic bottles from ending up in landfills or our oceans.
Solution Dyed
Solution dyeing colors yarn all the way through, not just on the outside like conventional dyeing. This process uses 90% less water than conventional dyeing, produces around 94% less CO2, and also makes Scuvvers highly UV resistant and durable.
Genuine Silicon Backing
Genuine Silicon Non-Slip Backing - Not PVC. Why not PVC? PVC is a petrochemical product, so it contains oils that it excretes over time and can leave stains on your car seats. Once these oils are gone the PVC dries up and isn’t non-slip anymore.
